Hi,
So I haven't posted a journal entry here since last december, it's crazy. This account for me is like a record of some of the biggest moments of my life these past couple of years.
Here on DeviantArt I met a girl named Holly who lived in Buxton. After a while we started talking on MSN and then finally met in person. It was an amazing 2 days, some of the best of my life so far. A very good friend and she understands me so well. After that we sort of lost touch for 2 years, just not being able to find the time to write much. Then this summer I visited her again for one night. Nothing had changed... I mean, loads had changed over the time period, but meeting up with her again was brilliant. We were just as close just a little more grown up and even more lost in thought. I consider her to be one of my best friends and someone who occupies a permanent residence in my heart.
Equally on this site about 3 years ago I started writing messages to a girl from my hometown. We didn't know each other in person but I enjoyed getting to know her, it was another wonderful online friendship blooming because of this website. Some time later I got in touch with her again and little over 2 years ago we met up in person to catch the sunrise and to finally find out who each other was in the flesh! It was an amazing morning, so poetic because of the setting and I began to learn that I wasn't alone in this town, that there were people who I shared a wavelength with so close by! That morning also is a valuable memory for me for hilarious and rather graphic reasons... lets just say I fell ill, for what reason I dont know. I had to cut our meeting short, she went home and I found myself running across a field above town having ditched my trousers....
Anyway, I'm not letting that story out on the net so easily, if you really want a good laugh then get in touch XD
A couple of weeks later this girl became my girlfriend (goodness knows how!) and we were together for 19 months then, a time of my life that changed me so much, I can't even begin to remember life before her. It sounds corny but I swear I must have lived in black and white.

And that brings me up to now. A few months ago we broke up unfortunatly, but no hard feelings. Well there were feelings which were tough but I'm doing good and she is too. We've hung out a few times since and have a decent friendship.

So I have a lot to thank this website for, so much. 2 of the most important people to enter my heart I have met thruogh this site. And thats just the tip of the surface, just the people I have met face to face. There are many others, you know who you are!

I'd also like to do a quick, shameless plug!
I've just finished my first performance poetry chapbook! (I'm so excited about having made it!) and I'm selling copies for £2 if anyone is interested! It's nothing fancy, just home made weith 12 poems in. It's called "Poetry Loves Company" and just looks at moments of my life these past couple of years from Running naked on a mountain-top to struggling to get out of bed in the mornings! There are a few poems about the people I've mentioned above even and time's with them.

Thanks for your time,

If you want to buy a copy of "Poetry Loves Company", then let me know :)
